The Texas Mortgage Bankers Association (TMBA) held its 4th Annual Mortgage Symposium on November 8th and 9th at the Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West hotel. This year, the focus was on redefining company culture, including employee engagement and motivation, communicating change, training, and diversity & inclusion. Debbi Roberts was a facilitator for a discussion on Mentorship with Impact, moderated by Kristin Clardy Martin.
