Sara McGinnis, CRCM, CAMS, CAFP, will conduct a webinar training on flood insurance compliance for the Tri-State League of Financial Institutions on March 25, 2026. Sara will cover key regulation considerations, interagency Q&As, applicable exemptions, and commercial loan considerations. She will also address NFIP lapses and government shutdown impacts, along with force-placement requirements.
On April 14, 2026, Heidi Wier, CMCP and Jim Treacy, CPA, CBSO will be instructors at the Wisconsin Bankers Association Real Estate Compliance School in Madison, Wisconsin. Heidi will lead instruction on Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) compliance and Jim will guide attendees on Regulation Z (Truth in Lending), including ATR/QM requirements and the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure forms.

Rebecca Escario, CAMS led a training seminar in Cincinnati, Ohio for the Tri-State League of Financial Institutions in November 2025 on navigating the fair lending risk assessment and ensuring compliance in the current regulatory environment. She covered the state of fair lending regulation and emerging risks, as well as guidance on assessing inherent risk, evaluating rating mitigating controls, and calculating residual risk.
