Heidi Wier, CMCP and Jim Treacy, CPA, CBSO have been selected to serve as instructors at the Wisconsin Bankers Association (WBA) Real Estate Compliance School, held on April 14, 2026 in Madison, Wisconsin.
Heidi will lead instruction on Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) compliance, drawing on her experience advising banks on data integrity, reporting accuracy, and supervisory expectations. Jim will guide attendees on Regulation Z (Truth in Lending), including ATR/QM requirements and the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure forms.
The WBA Real Estate Compliance School provides compliance officers, lenders, legal counsel, and other banking professionals with instruction on federal and state real estate lending requirements, including UDAAP, HMDA, ECOA, PMI, TILA/RESPA, appraisal rules, and variable-rate lending.
