She has managed financial regulatory compliance projects across the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA), fair lending, Anti-Money Laundering/Combatting the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT), and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), providing expert guidance on compliance management system (CMS) reviews, independent audits, risk assessments, and testing. Her extensive experience includes developing and implementing HMDA and fair lending analysis and training programs, conducting compliance management system reviews, and overseeing fair lending statistical analysis engagements and econometric analysis projects.

Rebecca’s technical expertise includes evaluating regulatory compliance consulting analyses, refining procedures, and developing and maintaining databases for both private and public sector clients.
