Clint is a senior business leader with over 35 years of sales and management experience in the banking and financial services industries. His comprehensive experience includes banking operations, lending, accounting, and technology. He specializes in business development, change management, business process outsourcing, strategic planning, solution selling and process improvement. Throughout his career, Clint has been successful in achieving growth, increasing revenue, maximizing shareholder wealth, and reducing cost.
Prior to joining CrossCheck, Clint was the president and owner of Chaparral Financial providing banking technology hardware and software solutions to financial services firms and regulatory agencies. Before forming Chaparral Financial, Clint was the chief operating officer and chief financial officer of LD Systems which provided professional services consulting on payment processing, hardware, and process improvement solutions to the financial services, municipal, government and public utility markets. He has held senior business development and operational roles in financial software and services companies including Audiotel, Open Solutions, and Technique Data Systems. Before these roles, Clint spent 14 years at American National Bank where as senior vice president and the technology director, he developed, implemented and managed the technology department.
