Rolanda Legg is a mortgage and finance professional with more than 35 years of experience spanning mortgage operations, banking, audit, compliance, technology, and client services. She brings deep expertise in regulatory frameworks, lending guidelines, and process optimization, with a proven track record of leading large-scale operational transformations and technology implementations across the mortgage lifecycle.

Before joining CrossCheck, Rolanda was the director of end-to-end operations at Maxwell Lender Solutions, where she unified operations teams, launched new product initiatives, and oversaw day-to-day management of multi-channel mortgage operations including wholesale, correspondent, and private label divisions. She also supported system conversions, new client onboarding, and private label integrations, aligning operational performance with compliance and customer satisfaction.

Previously, Rolanda held multiple leadership roles at Promontory MortgagePath, including senior director of client services and mortgage product architect, where she managed cross-functional implementation teams, partnered on product development, and provided strategic consulting on process transformation. She also served as senior sales architect, supporting client engagement and business development for outsourced fulfillment and technology solutions. Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions at FirstTrust Home Loans, Arch Mortgage Insurance, and several banks and credit unions, with a focus on operational efficiency, technology adoption, and client relationship management.

A 2024 recipient of the HousingWire Insiders Award honoring operational all-stars, Rolanda has been actively engaged in the mortgage industry, where she served in local and national leadership roles with the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women (NAPMW), including national vice president, Oklahoma City chapter president, and education committee chair. A frequent speaker and trainer, she has presented at state-level Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) events and NAPMW conferences across multiple states.
