Tara is an experienced human resources executive who is a trusted advisor to both management and employees. As a business leader, her advice linking people strategy to business growth is sought after by management teams. As an employee resource, Tara is a highly regarded coach and confidant advising employees on career planning and development.
Prior to joining CrossCheck, Tara was an independent consultant. Her clients included IRI, an international organization where she had previously served as human resources director. She also led and managed internal recruitment and on-boarding for the global leadership consulting practice for partners at Heidrick & Struggles.
Tara has over sixteen years of human resources experience. In addition to expertise in recruiting, she has demonstrated leadership in the transformation of human resources from a tactical function into a strategic business partner. As vice president for human resources at Capital H Group she developed the human resources and recruiting functions to support this dynamic start up. She also served as a key member of the pre and post-merger integration team for the merger between Blackman Kallick and Plante Moran.
